Treasure hunt!

Hidden blueberry treat under low fat cream cheese on a crunchy base.

Super kid friendly!

Eaton Mess!

A great dessert that kids can make!

You can put anything they like in here

We added
White & milk chocolate stars
Dried Strawberry
Dried Blueberry
4 meringue nests
250ml fresh cream, whipped lightly

Our 2 year old helper loved crushing the meringue nests over everything. Simply you just let them go to town adding what ever they like :) Not for everyday but a great, fun activity.

I scooped into glasses to serve.

Old School!

A dish I remember as a child. I got a random craving for it this week and so last night we all enjoyed it. It's not fancy but it tastes good and it's not bad for you :) Well unless like my husband you drown it in a sea of tomato sauce!

Serves 4

Ingredients

5 carrots, peeled & chopped
1kg potatoes, peeled & chopped
100% Cod Fish Sticks (fish fingers), 2 for toddlers, 3 for children, 4 for adults

It doesn't really need a step by step

Steam carrots instead of boiling so you retain the goodness

Boil potatoes until soft and mash with salt, pepper and butter. The perfect mash of this amount has 8 twists/shakes of sea salt and 5 twists of ground pepper with 1 tbsp butter

This is as close as we get to ready meals in our house. Its easy, quick and has very little clean up!

More Crepes!

Leave to stand for 30 mins before cooking

Heat a little butter (optional) in a pan and make 8 thin crepes
