My Big Red Kitchen was started in 2010 as a food blog with the aim of showing people how to create restuarant standard food in their own home. We wanted to share our love of food with others. Since then it has become a place of reference for ideas for every occasion. We have a personal passion for creating family friendly meals with fresh ingredients for even the youngest in the family.

My Big Red Kitchen is made up of a husband and wife team.
Roz. Born in Ireland she started baking at a very young age in her mother's
kitchen. With her passion for baking, children's nutrition and creative fun in the kitchen Roz aims to encourage children to love and understand food.
Australian born Brent who is a qualified, world travelled chef, brings beautiful presentation and indept food knowledge to My Big Red Kitchen. Reaching his first Head Chef position at the tender age of 25 shows his dedication and love of food.
My Big Red Kitchen also has the help of a beautiful little assistant, Amelia. Amelia has the final say, letting her parents know if their creations are indeed family & toddler friendly.
