Mint Sauce


Ingredients

Bunch of fresh mint, finely chopped
4 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp sugar

Clean jar with lid for storage


Place finely chopped leaves into a jug and add sugar and boiling water. Stir and allow to cool. Add white wine vinegar a little at a time and taste to ensure you have the right amount of tang.
